WELCOME TO MY WORLD


 Well hello there and welcome to my blog. My name is Robin, I am 46 years old, married to the love of my life whom I have been with for 29 years and I have two beautiful adult children.


During the height of COVID-19 in 2020 I started questioning life itself. This blog will be my journey, my thoughts, my perception and my views on life and how to navigate it.


There are many articles, books, websites, and people out there with tons of knowledge on spirituality and life. This blog, MY blog, is how I receive, interpret and understand the information the universe gives me. I am sure you won't agree with everything or maybe anything you see or read as we all perceive things differently. If what I say is for you, you will understand.


I am excited to start this journey with you. I look forward to see where the universe takes me and what new information I will learn and how many lives I will be able to touch.

Relationship seasons

 Hey hey there!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! I pray that all is well and your holiday was a safe one. I have been thinking recently about relationships with people. There are times where I sit and wish that I was still tight with this person or I wish to catch up with another. I have finally put two and two together about people and seasons. People come in your life for reasons, some may be for a lifetime, but most are often meant for seasons. The realization comes where they lie if you try to reach out to them and they are too busy, or they never respond to your messages etc. That person was meant for a season. Take whatever lessons you have learned from that person be it good or bad, apply them to your life and move on. Although it may hurt because you really thought that person was gonna be there for you for a while, you have to learn to let go. PARENTS

Hey hey now!! I guess you would say I am in my healing stages of my journey. One thing I suggest is to have a conversation with your parent about their life. In doing so, it can open up dialogue that is needed to heal your own trauma. Pick at their upbringing, friends, dreams and goals while in the conversation. I made some huge revelations speaking with my mom last night. I put quite a few things into perspective about how I was raised. As I said in a previous post, our parents went through ALOT growing up and they did not have the resources, the know how or the technology that we have now to help them.  I will never bash my parents for things that happened during my childhood. Again, my go to phrase "parenting does not come with a handbook so they did the best they could with what they had". I honestly don't believe that generation knows about healing their own trauma.
